Trust the Process
Nobody has it figured out always? 🕺🏼🤷🏼🕺🏼

Trust the Process
Today I announced that I am shutting down Plunge Party after July. It was a bitter sweet moment.
The two questions I kept getting are:
“Whyyyyyy?” (yes with that many “y’s”)
“What’s next?”
I’ll save the “why” for August after it’s officially wrapped. So stay tuned for that.

Shoutout to my Day 1 fan, Olivia.
But let’s talk about what’s next. I find it funny when I get asked that. I get that people mean well and are genuinely curious and excited for the next thing. It’s human nature to be in pursuit of motion and momentum.
But over the past 7 months, I’ve learned that “what’s next?” is rarely an easy question to answer. In fact, it’s probably the hardest one. But one of the best parts about the journey.
I got the same question when I left my job last November. I gave the same answer to everyone, “I’m not really sure.”
Their reaction was a mixture of disbelief and disappointment. They didn’t believe I wasn’t scheming up something new. I usually am. But they were so disappointed there wasn't a clear answer for that.

My friend Talia, last year. Not happy.
I couldn’t agree more. It is disappointing to not know what I’m doing next. That’s also the best part. I get to figure out what’s next. There’s no clear path for what I am going to do next and it’s up to me to figure that out in the finite amount of time that I have to do it.
It’s certainly scary, but that’s the whole point of this thing. I get to figure out what’s next for me, and have enough faith and trust in myself that I will figure it out.
I have to accept that not knowing all the answers is part of the process and the beauty is figuring the answers out along the way.
If you’re working through some shit and don’t have the answers figured out, just remember: I don’t have the answers. You don’t either. No one really does.
That’s not failure. That’s the process.
Trust the process.
You’re Awesome,
Jared

A creative way to get your foot in the door by my friend Alex Steele. He got to hike with the founder of Lulu Lemon using this approach.
I hiked with Lululemon founder Chip Wilson 15 times.
It started with a shoebox and a terrible pun.
When I was 19 and broke, I had a crazy idea. Chip Wilson, founder of Lululemon, was someone I admired but had zero connection to.
So I sent him a shoebox in the mail.
Inside was
